Rape by HONORABLE Rahul Nehan is not an issue in Indian society. An Allahabd High Court advocate had told me that Motilal Nehru was supplying prostitudes & that Nehru was a son of Swarup Rani with the NAWAB of Awadh. Nehru had succeeded to dump all such literature. Nehru succeeded to wash the efforts of Gadar Party, dalits-adivasis-peasants-women, students, communists, armed revolutionaries etc with the British design of Nehru-Edwina relationship…..Indian history is full of examples when the kings played all sorts of dirty games to enjoy sex with beautiful women, even forced their subject to suffer. Today’s systems are reflecting the same mindset though civil societies are striving to change the world.
Actually Indian society is so weak & fragile that any powerful person can exploit anyone. The society resists only to preach the weaker. If you think that any media or law expert or right to information commissioner Mr W Habibullah will expose the crimes by Rahul Nehan (Nehru + Khan) then its a futile hope. They can not even expose how funds are being used in Raebareli-Amethi & how only few are becoming rich.
We must focus on arousing the psyche of the common masses to stand for higher ideals besides scolding the manipulators. Today common masses have no choice but to surrender to the wishes of the network of manipulators/brokers orchestrated by 'parliament ke majdoor'. These 'majdoor' are not capable to think beyond the Nehru-Edwina-Birla system of state planning & control & work for the masses. But simultaneously we so called truth-justice loving minds have also not succeeded to nucleate a better system. The sooner you people understand the better. Talibanisation of Islam or ‘Abhinav Bharat’ type efforts to justify age old Muslim/Hindu ideals will not make much sense rather new integrated foundation reconciling justified but sometimes contradicting ideals will promote a homogeneously developed & border irrelevant world family by 2025.

India is Bhumi of RAM, were women are considered and respected as Devi. It is shameful act of Ravan Sena which grabbed the name of Ram Sena. MANGALORE: A fanatical right-wing group notorious for creating communal
tensions and indulging in moral policing has struck again in Karnataka, this time assaulting women guests at a Bar in Mangalore.
The activists of Sri Rama Sena entered the Amnesia Bar and Restaurant on Dr Shivaram Karanth Road on Saturday evening and threatened the women sitting inside. The men, who took objection to women drinking alcohol, pushed them outside, many women falling to the ground while they were being driven out.Mangalore North Circle inspector Umesh G Shet said a group of 10-15 men entered the pub in the evening and started arguing with the guests. ``They got into an altercation with the women customers saying they were dressed indecently,'' he said.

You asked me why to hate Nehru. Pl read the following abstract for an international conference :
"Common masses as well as creative minds played a key role in India ’s freedom struggle with a hope that their efforts/sacrifices will build a new socio-economic structure from the bottom upwards. Gandhian idea of self rule could have given powers to ‘we people’ to decide the kind of political economy suitable to upgrade the victims first; had forced all the representatives to seek the permission of ‘we people’ before implementing partition & other ideas; had not created hate for 15% affluent individuals having all private rights to enjoy in planes/cars/seven star hotels etc even when 26% individuals are sleeping hungry daily; had not treated creative minds worth Rs 30 thousands per month & mechanical workers worth Rs 100-200/day only; and had persuaded all to sharpen their creative capacities to integrate their economy with the whole world along trusteeship. But unfortunately Nehru treated himself as the center of all powers & his fascination with western values along the British ‘design’ of his special love with Lord Mountbatten & his wife Edwina forced him to prefer the system of state planning & control over Gandhian system of direct democracy to pursue the interests of the local/national/international elites, ensure upper hand of predators over truth-justice loving minds, flow the resources of the common masses from bottom to the top even outside India & crush any sincere voice silently. The system of indirect representation was/is bound to work for the manipulators & pressure groups because perception of hyper dimensional reality is always domain relative, contingent & asymptotic. On the other hand Gandhian concept of ‘Hind Swaraj’ since 1917 was not refined further to explore how ‘Lok Sewak Sangh’ type organizations could have orchestrated creative competition among all than leading to individual anarchy though in 1946 Gandhi had clarified “Independence begins at the bottom”. Bhagat Singh/Subhas Chandra Bose/Ambedkar etc were correct to feel that Gandhian thinking would replace one type of predators by the others but violent methods also were not capable to offer superior solutions because elites always have superior systems, technology & resources to crush any resistance against oppressions & term the victims as ‘terrorists’. Social movements, pressure groups & arms struggle by the victims hardly succeed because all this can at best force the predators to satisfy temporary demands than sharpening the creativity & productivity of individuals & helping them to live with dignity along ‘self rule. Its really astonishing how ‘we people’ who were treating Gandhi’s sentences as their constitution failed to revolt against Nehru whom Gandhi had selected as his heir even when Patel had been obvious choice to become the first prime minister by 13 state representatives out of 16. History is really shameful & consequences are obvious such that Gandhi is just a matter of discussion/adoration on certain occasions without any sincerity to evaluate & pursue his ideas (e.g. trusteeship often termed as utopian idea), 1% elites possess more than 57% of total resources, 2% elites in Pakistan possess almost 98% of everything making it almost a failed state…...Current increase in crime-corruption-terrorism-theft of intellectual property & all other evils reflect the absurdities due to state controlled planning that is not capable to promote virtues over vices along latest researches in cognitive neuroscience of human ideals rather ‘self centered’ elites, capitalists & even criminals are dictating the terms whether it be in parliament, bureaucracy, media, judiciary, academia or any other sphere of life. Truth-justice loving minds striving hard to work for the common masses succumb under the pressures of money centric value framework of state planning & control and even adopting the same evils against which their predecessors were fighting. Constitution with all its beautiful laws preaching socio-economic-political justice is impotent to deliver more than 15-25 paise per rupee to the target & even insincere to control conspicuous consumption. Worse yet, ‘we people’ particularly victims are not finding inner strength to create a new type of pro-victim system just as Indian elites had created their system without the permission of British predators & even ‘we people’.
‘Akhand Bharat’ could have evolved much faster under British rule than feeling suppressed/isolated with poor voice at the international level & could have become a role model for the whole world if instead of pursuing nationalist goals for top down elite centric representative system freedom fighters had pursued the age old humane philosophy of ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam’, Akbar’s ‘Deen e Elahi’ & Raja Ram Mohan Roy’s idea of universal spirituality & humanism than ‘Vaishnavism’ & had appealed the ‘world citizens’ to treat Indians as ‘efficient & socially sensitive individuals’ along a more refined law for ‘self rule’ in the new system of bottom up world governance. If Gandhi had appealed ‘we people’ to elect Ambedkar as their first prime minister then ‘we people’ had not been treated as passive recipients; Jinnah’s Muslims had faced moral pressure to cooperate than feel hurt as second grade citizens; common masses had upgraded their skills in the true light of modern science to generate huge resources than remaining unproductive & had succeeded to innovate much more than through the money driven systems of IIT/AIIMS/IIM/JNU etc designed to produce the employee for the capitalists; had succeeded to save the drifting of their resources towards few elites/capitalists but getting small gains through Fabian socialism. Western style capitalism as well as communism both were wrong as is clear now.’ Now in a fast globalizing world we have to explore more fundamental solutions to cure the absurdities based on caste-religion-gender-color-race-nationality etc, create human centric values along a new type of individualism to maximize socio-economic-biological order with individual justice & seek the permission of ‘world citizens’ to implement a new system & create new institutions for homogeneously developed & border irrelevant world family by 2025. Creativity driven new economics in the new political system of public controlling, individual oriented, mind dominated, bottom up, no party, centrist world governance; capitalism with distributive justice along modified concept of trusteeship, cognitive-educational-health-infrastructure revolution etc will create a new type of hi tech city centric rural world that will reconcile growth with distribution of resources and will generate faith among the most victimized ‘world citizens’ also to be at the top of the world by identifying their type of brains & sharpening their creative potential. Time has come to nucleate world movement to create new types of supreme courts, parliaments, local/national/international institutions etc in the whole world along modified Gandhian political economy after the permission of ‘world citizens’ to deliver socio-economic-political justice & fuel equity in international relations. Old systems designed along ‘master-slave’ philosophy to serve the interests of 19 developed & few developing countries can not restructure itself beyond a limit but the victims have the right to create new human centric world order for their fastest evolution by sharpening their creativity & productivity."

Why This Hate Nehru Campaign ? By Ex-IIMC Prof Pradeep Mathur
"They never saw ,never heard and never read him. And most certainly they know nothing about his contribution to our freedom struggle and making of modern India . Yet they leave no opportunity to criticize Jawaharlal Nehru. And they are as vehement in their criticism as they are ignorant in their understanding of our political history.
First I thought that these Nehru critics are in the popular Indian habit of talking about the issues they do not understand. Then I felt perhaps it is the apolitical youth with a misguided sense of nationalism which has become vocal in the euphoria of our economic resurgence and blames his ancestors for the fact that India is not America . Then political adversaries are always critical and Nehru was a politician.. But now I have a feeling that the tendency to vilify Nehru and undermine his contribution is perhaps not so simple to understand
One can understand that the present generation does not have the same emotional attachment for the leaders of freedom struggle and mass movements which the previous generation(s) had However, .the question is why single out Nehru for all the ills that the present day India suffers from. .Why blame him for all the things that have gone wrong while the fact is that things would have been much worst had there been no Nehru to take charge of the country after our independence.
True, Nehru lost much of his appeal and the God like image after Chinese attacked our north-eastern borders and humiliated us in the border war .Nehru died a disillusioned man one and a half year later. But neither during these 18 months nor after his demise even his worst critics attacked him the way he is being attacked now -- four decades after his death. With most of his friends and contemporaries gone Nehru is now defenceless in his death. And there is nobody to tell these Nehru critics that you are absolutely wrong.
The generation which felt the pain of Chinese betrayal and humiliation did not abuse Nehru. They neither questioned his patriotism nor his political wisdom .His economic development model might have been criticized as being too heavily tilted in favour of industrialization at the cost of agriculture but none questioned his commitment for making India a self-reliant country .If the economy of the country is booming now it is largely because of its sound infra-structure the basis of which was laid by Nehru in the teeth of opposition from many people who did not have the capacity to see beyond their nose.
One can say that none could dare castigate Nehru as his daughter, a very forceful personality in her own right , was at the helm of affairs.. But then we did not see this sort of Nehru bashing when she went out of power in 1977.In fact many people remembered him and said that he was a true democrat who would never gone for a measure like the emergency .Though dead for more than a decade at the time of the emergency Nehru was remembered as a man who respected institutions and institutional culture.
During his lifetime and till Mrs Indira Gandhi’s return to power Nehru’s worst critics were the socialists of Lohia variety. They felt Nehru belonged to India while they were from Bharat and there was a big class barrier that separated them .Yet they were never paranoid in their criticism of Nehru and most certainly they were not abusive as the present-day Nehru bashers are.
Even if some one feels very strongly, though ignorantly, that Nehru was solely responsible for our troubles with Pakistan and China one need not be so obsessed with Nehru at present for the simple reason that our relations with the two countries are constantly improving .They were much worst two decades or so ago. But then hate Nehru campaign was not there. Apparently the real reason of Nehru bashing is not the “ concessions” he made to Pakistan on Kashmir – something the Nehru critics would like us to believe.
So who these Nehru critics are and why of all persons they pick up Nehru to show their anger? They do not come from a single direction .They belong to various persuasions.However, their way of thinking and source of inspiration is the same.
They are young and not so young people who do jobs in retailing, banks, BPOs and financial marketing, They are management executives who run or manage small and medium scale business and are engaged in cut throat competition to make money by hook or crook.They are people benefiting from construction boom who are committed to the doctorine that the solution of the country’s housing problem is by selling dreams and not residential units to the lower middle class and middle class people They are people from airlines, hotels and hospitality industries.
The interesting thing is that none of these persons know anything about Nehru.. Their knowledge of India ’s history—recent or medieval-- is of the level of Munnabhai. Yet they are neither ashamed of their ignorance nor have any desire to shed. But why they are after Nehru.
There could be others also.—pseudo intellectuals in academia, media and bureaucracy .Since it is difficult to compherend the changing scenario and its implications and something is to be said to attack a defenceless Nehru comes easy to them.
Then there are die-heart communalists – rather muslim baiters---both political and apolitical---both in the RSS-BJP outfits who suffer from acute myopia. Yet I will not call them as professional Nehru bashers. How could they be. They have Atal Behari Vajpayee, a known Nehru admirer, as their leader and icon.
However, there is one thing in common in them. They are worshippers of the “ sub chalta hai ‘ creed.
The Nehru bashers belong to a new post 1990 class of Indian society which is a product of the new age of globalised market economy.Money is their only God and money making businesses,fair or foul , the way to reach their God. They are product of a market culture sans ethics .Management education has given them skills and efficiency but no social perspective. For short term success they can break all behavioural norms—personal, social and professional. Harshad Mehta can be their model and Guru their favourite. Any comparison with Shylock does not offend them.

Since my MEGA vision and hard efforts for a long time succeeded to get the first black president in the history of USA, I am optimistic to get large no of victimized females as president/prime minister in all countries who will naturally create a new type world governance by 2025. When since the beginning of human civilizations neither kings/feuds sought the permission of ‘we people’ to impose their type of top down elite centric systems transferring public resources to their sycophants, nor religionists sought any permission to deny any right to females in parents property but victimizing them through ‘SATI’ type inhuman customs, nor even Nehru time leaders sought any permission to create their type of 15-25% efficient political economy (parliament, supreme court, bureaucracy etc); why any individual should follow their rules. The ‘world citizens’ have every right to allow any superior alternative than even that of Gandhian political economy for their fastest welfare, why they should pay tax & follow the rules by institutions for elites. Supreme Court of America (and India also) must first explain what status it has when the permission of ‘we people’ had not been taken before designing it for elites giving special rights like that of ‘private property law’……Whether Columbia/Harvard educated Mr Barrack Obama is an American born or not, it’s a matter of ‘world citizens’ to decide who should represent them.
Practical strategies will be explored to provide free fooding, free lodging, free education and free finance/market/risk managers for business creation of the candidate(s) with a condition that whenever the new company launched by them as ‘business daughters’ earns profits, one third of it will go to intellectual laborers/teachers who taught/researched with the candidate(s), one third share will be used to upgrade the mechanical workers of the new company & rest one third share will be used for research/technology upgradation, risk management, business expansion etc. A new type of bottom up political economy will create a new infrastructure such that (1) All will work for upgrading a new ‘form of society’ than treating mechanical laborers worth Rs 100-200/day & creative minds worth Rs 30000/month while allowing the capitalists to enjoy in a house of 8000 crores & 8 lakh crores (2) Females will manage family affairs as well as become economically productive in a new type of 50 storey buildings in the newly planned cities and will collaborate with all on their own terms than remaining suppressed in a male centric infrastructure (3) Providing opportunities for the capacity building will be the responsibility of the district representatives in the new political system.
The e-magazine will not be owned by anyone rather the modified concept of ‘TRUSTEESHIP’ will be promoted such that all types of world resources start flowing to the most victimized first particularly in the victimized countries to let them develop their capacity. Highly capable & ‘socially sensitive’ ‘world citizens’ with at least 80% females (50% females from marginalised communities) will manage it for a fixed period as ‘TRUSTEE’. They will be elected by the SMS/internet votes of the ‘world citizens’ & will get all the facilities depending on their contribution. Everybody will earn ‘security money’ (say upto 1 crore) also for private use. I will be just a founder of the e-magazine & all other businesses with my wife Rashmi Chandra providing me the family & financial support.
The advertisement policy will be to promote the most marginalised particularly females first. There will be three types of advertisements : (1) Individuals or small group bringing advertisement will get 33% of it back in cash immediately, 33% will be used for their higher education or business development, rest 34% will be used to educate/upgrade the marginalised females of their/our choice. Those needing money to manage some SOS situation may get 90% of it back in cash immediately than to sell their lands or ornaments etc. 33% of the advertisement resources through the people’s organizations/NGOs/elite females (particularly daughters & daughters-in-law of all party politicians/business tycoons/bureaucrats/judges/academicians etc) will be used to let them launch their business along our vision or/and win elections in their choice area(s), 33% to promote the business of the most marginalised females, handicapped, victimized etc & rest 34% to promote them as top class mathematicians, scientists, economists, lawyers, artists etc. Any financial support from the elite males will not be accepted or through their choice females. Superior alternatives will create much more serious crisis to the manipulators/white color criminals either to perform or get lost while merely exposing the problems within money centric framework often results in a bigger share of loot to those pressurizing the manipulators along the sensitivity of the common masses. (1) Marginalised have always been a victim of ‘predator-prey’ world order. All civilizations developed by looting resources through wars, absurd ideologioes, feudalism, colonialism etc & are still looting through nationalism, capital driven market economy, elite centric top down representative system, misuse of technology etc. The concept of ‘NATIONALISM’ is a very powewrful logic of justifying the loot of world resources i.e. those who succeeded to control a particular part of world think that all the resources in that area belong to them : oil mostly found in Arab areas is owned by Muslims, Uranium is mostly owned by few countries, Hindus had kicked the tribals in the beginning of Indus valley civilization while preaching high ideals of valuing every activity along the criteria of ‘karm’…..So is the world today except looting through softer ways. Identities based on caste-religion-gender-color-race-nationality etc to secure the interests of the elites necessarily lead to crime competition & elites defend such identities even when there is a danger of nuclear war. Similarly the ‘right to private property’ law is ruining the lives of the marginalised at any corner of the world. So many experts from all spheres including commerce, media, NGOs & all other civil society organizations protest against the loot of public resources (e.g. land) but the capitalists often succeed to let them succumb or compromise with them by sharing some indirect benefits. They even threaten to withdraw industrial projects at any location because they have constitutional right to accumulate huge property for private use i.e. any capitalist will invest resources only when the government secures bigger share of loot to it (e.g. SEZ) while benefitting the common masses only marginally. This is a direct consequence of elitist constitution widespeard in the whole world : a constitution that gave more importance to ‘right to privatee property’ than to the welfare of all through the concept of ‘trusteeship’ and still preaches for socio-economic-political justice inspite of 15-25% efficient political economy. Graft, extortion and robbery, patronage, nepotism and cronyism, embezzlement, kickbacks, organized crime etc are widespread in the whole world because these are the diseases of human mind. There are differences only in the scales of the problem because differences in geographical-environmental conditions shaped human psyche differently who conceptualised different systems. So far most countries were almost isolated from others, so the problems of their systems were not so evident to the rest of the world but now with a fast globalizing world, events at one place do affect the events at another place e.g. great unemployment in America had worried everybody including Prof J M Keynes. Now increased cost of oil due to war will keep on breaking the backbone of poor & developing countries that forces the most marginalised ‘world citizens’ to suffer more. Any country including that in Asia-Pacific region on its own can not cure the problem of crime, corruption, terrorism, theft of intellectual property, inefficiency etc because the international network of whitecolor criminals control the creative minds while creative minds so far could not produce superior alternatives along a humanistic paradigm. Now its clear that all countries are fostering evils for promoting the interests of the elites even when siphoning resources, promoting inefficient favourites & forcing the whole world towards kleptocracy are creating havoc in the lives of the most maarginalised by snatching huge opportunities for their fastest economic development. Corrupt officials and even ordinary police try to exercise excessive powers that results in the humiliation of even ‘Einstein/Gandhi’ level creative minds if not owning a big car rather walking on the streets. Network of ‘manipulators’ is often so powerful that ‘we people’ are hardly listened unless succeed to pressurize excessively. Sometimes the experts at apex courts, so called centers of justice, behave as British judges hanging ‘Bhagat Singh’ et al or have no choice but to remain silent except speaking ‘character of the society has got ruined’…….When super experts are so helpless & frustrated, condition of the poor & the marginalized can be easily grasped. They neither have the capacity to cope up with so absurd world order nor are ‘awakened’ to redesign their family infrastructure to orchestrate creative competition among family members to evolve by sharpening their creativity.
(2) Any solution within the money dominated framework can never benefit the larger section of the common masses much except benefitting the elite class because money is confined in few hands only & the whole system is deliberately designed to multiply it further. UNO/WTO/World Bank/IMF/Asian Development Bank/APEC etc are working along the vision of Keynesian economics that rests on the concept of money supply. So those who have more money can always drift the resources of the planet with the support of ‘master-slave’ philosophy i.e. by treating all others worth employment or/and small gains only. ‘Money biggets money’ is so famous proverb. The marginalised individuals were not only brutually suppressed to access their own share in the world resources since the beginning of human civilizations but also were denied even to sharpen their creative capacities whenever they tried. Even today marginalised individuals & countries can not hope to evolve by sharpening their creativity except using their creativity to support the network of manipulators to loot & seek part of it as a junior partner. Obviously everybody is forced to loot more & more to secure bigger share & feel honored in a system where the bigger looter is respected than punished. NATO, G-8 & all other networks have been created to achieve such goals. These networks are a consequence of locally developed civilizations that lead us to continuous chaos in the name of biased truths. Any country in the Asia-Pacific region also will not dare to break such networks, even when the marginalised are starving, with a fear that elite countries will either break its backbone through biased trade rules designed along the preferred cognitive set of the elites or will support an internal government ready to be subservient to the dirty interests of the elites or will attack on it with some valid but ‘self centered’ logic satisfying the elitist cognitive set e.g. America initially groomed Mr Osama bin Laden & Mr Saddam Hussein but when they were unable to give bigger share of loot to America, its top priority was to ruin Iraq & end Saddam, now finding some valid logic to attack on Iran & Pakistan to destroy HAMAS/Taliban etc without realizing what impact the justified characteristics of dominant cognitive sets have on the justified cognitive sets of others e.g. Americans may be fully justified to pursue their value framework but the rest of the world has to adjust with a system based on dominant values even when its justified values are not consistent with the dominant values. Value relativism is a consequence of difference in the capacities of human structures tied with a specific cognitive set that values ‘good/bad’ to maximizae inner & outer order accordingly. Such problems can never be cured unless there is one world governmet with a structure of power & resources spanning from the local level to the higher level. Obviously the weaker has only choice to multiply their welfare within the dominant ‘predator-prey’ world order as long as creative minds don’t succeed to orchestrate large scale cognitive coherence to implement a bottom up intellectual world order.
(3) Keynesian economics is a big source of corruption & cripples all the efforts for transparency because in the name of maintaining adequate amounts of money supply, the banks & all other organizations/individuals provide a justification to divert the money to others e.g. Swiss Bank, LTG bank (located between Austria & Switzerland) etc have made India poor with a valid logic of attracting more money supply for the welfare activities by such banks. An e-mail to me by Prof Leo Rebello(www.healthwisdom.org) provided some data that reads : “ Is India poor, who says? Ask Swiss banks. DISHONEST INDUSTRIALISTS, scandalous politicians, corrupt IAS/IRS/IPS officers, cricketers, film actors, illegal sex trade and protected wildlife operators, to name just a few, have deposited in foreign banks in their illegal personal accounts a sum of about $ 1500 billion, which have been misappropriated by them. This amount is about 13 times larger than the country's foreign debt. With this amount 45 crore poor people can get Rs 1,00,000 each. This huge amount has been appropriated from the people of India by exploiting and betraying them. Once this huge amount of black money and property comes back to India, the entire foreign debt can be repaid in 24 hours. After paying the entire foreign debt, we will have surplus amount, almost 12 times larger than the foreign debt. If this surplus amount is invested in earning interest, the amount of interest will be more than the annual budget of the Central government. So even if all the taxes are abolished, then the Central government will still be able to maintain the country very comfortably…………What is even more depressing in that this ill-gotten wealth of OURS has been stashed away abroad into secret bank accounts located in some of the world's best known tax havens. And to that extent the Indian economy has been stripped of its wealth. Ordinary Indians may not be exactly aware of how such secret accounts operate and what are the rules and regulations that go on to govern such tax havens. However, one may well be aware of 'Swiss bank accounts,' the shorthand for murky dealings, secrecy and of course pilferage from developing countries into rich developed ones. Black money in Swiss banks -- Swiss Banking Association report, 2006 details bank deposits in the territory of Switzerland by nationals of following countries: Top five : India---- $1,456 billion, Russia ---$ 470 billion, UK ----$390 billion, Ukraine - $100 billion, China -----$ 96 billion. Now do the maths - India with $1456 billion or $1.4 trillion has more money in Swiss banks than rest of the world combined. Public loot since 1947. This may be the picture of deposits in Swiss banks only. What about other international banks?……….In fact, some finance experts and economists believe tax havens to be a conspiracy of the western world against the poor countries. By allowing the proliferation of tax havens in the twentieth century, the western world explicitly encourages the movement of scarce capital from the developing countries to the rich. In March 2005, the Tax Justice Network (TJN) published a research finding demonstrating that $11.5 trillion of personal wealth was held offshore by rich individuals across the globe. The findings estimated that a large proportion of this wealth was managed from some 70 tax havens. Further, augmenting these studies of TJN, Raymond Baker -- in his widely celebrated book titled 'Capitalism' s Achilles Heel: Dirty Money and How to Renew the Free Market System' -- estimates that at least $5 trillion have been shifted out of poorer countries to the West since the mid-1970…………It is further estimated by experts that one per cent of the world's population holds more than 57 per cent of total global wealth, routing it invariably through these tax havens. How much of this is from India is anybody's guess.”
So, given above its very clear that the existing elite centric world order is the real source of crippling the marginalised further & forcing even the genuine minds to be a junior partner of the dirty games or remain isolated. The criminals neither have the capacity to introspect how they are ruining the lives of those at the receiving end nor do have the capacity to earn hugely through creative ways except looting directly or enjoying on the fruits of others labor. The public loot in India since 1947 is a consequence of the international efforts to promote Nehru along the wishes of the Western world while dump the Gandhian political economy that was focussing on to upgradate the skills in the true light of modern science and serve the society as a ‘trustee’. So was the case with the political economy by Sri Aurbindo type thinkers grounded in the idea of ‘evolving minds’……Now we can not hope to bring public money banked outside unless a new international network of creative minds succeeds to supervene over the network of looters in all the countries. We badly need so huge resources to let crores of marginalised/victimised females become ‘crorepati’ besides upgrading them to earn crores by merely sharpening their creativity in the new highly efficient system.
(4) Truth-justice loving minds, family members of freedom fighters, Nobel laureates, welfare economists etc don’t have the capacity to challenge such absurdities except accepting at personal level, preaching during seminars/conferences/workshops/group discussions and feeling superiority that they are not like whitecolor criminals but always escaping from implementing some hard decisions. Genuine minds at best control their frustration by arguing that they are not working for earning huge money but for humanity inspite that manipulators implement their ideas in non-humanistic ways. Even today creative minds in the whole world are continuously working very hard to provide latest research findings to let their administrators loot the local/national/international resources even when they are getting a very marginalised share of loot in return e.g. American scientists work very hard to provide latest technologies to US President to crush any voice against the loot of international resources. Creative minds providing their equations hardly have any capacity to challenge their representatives why Osama bin Laden & Saddam both were initially groomed by America, and for what goals America used technologies provided by them. Same is the mindset everywhere e.g. The common masses don’t have the capacity to challenge IIT like systems that run on public money but most of the time work for the industrialists by preparing mostly elite class students for their companies. Seminars/conferences/workshops etc and mass actions can never manage drastic reforms because in the existing system creative minds have less choice to create & implement superior alternatives on their own for the welfare of the most marginalised first. Even students, who have to build their career, are not willing to use their brain power to explore superior alternatives & to nucleate revolution. A website www.abdulkalam.com by former President of India Prof APJ Abdul Kalam expresses : “For participating in the nation building tasks: the capacities required to be built among the students in their formative years by the educational institutions are: The capacity for research or inquiry; the capacity for creativity and innovation; the capacity to use high technology; the capacity for entrepreneurial leadership; and the capacity for moral leadership.” Of course Prof Kalam is challenging the capacity of American scientists to use high technology for destruction in Iraq. He had also written ‘corruption is an assault on consciousness’ in Times of India during his presidential tenure but who listens. These are merely inspirational sentences to motivated minds than any genuine solution to root out the real disease. The real reasons for the decline of higher academic values is the money dominating political economy that forces people with conscienc not to grow as fast as the corrupt ones. The powers given to the representatives by 'we people' for the 'we people' are often misused because 'we people' mostly have no direct control on our representatives. So is the case with Americans & all the ‘world citizens’. In the absence of ‘right to recall’ the elected representatives, ministers are using their powers to pressurize all the institutions under them to be a part of their dirty games or remain isolated with least respect e.g. if there is a silent practice to appoint the director of some reputed academic institute by charging Rs 2 crores then obviously this is at the cost of excellence that further dilutes the excellence by promoting those favourites as heads of all departments who are willing to kill their conscience to recover the paid bribe & earn more for seeking bigger positions in future i.e. corruption is inbuilt in today’s elite centric top down representative system than merely showing the greed of some morally weak persons. So far academicians at any corner of the world have not shown enough capacities to fight against so obvious crimes on them and by them on students & even on their academically superior colleagues unwilling to be a part of their manipulation. Even judges, who are supposed to deliver justice, are now adopting all such evils. Ordinary solutions can not cure such evils because the criminals are reaching to the parliament who hijack all powers to control everything. The problem is more in the system that fails to promote creative minds over criminals.
(5) In fact the conscience of ‘world citizens’ never won over the network of white color criminals. Its only when the creative minds succeeded to mould the minds of the common masses, some mild reforms were implemented by the elites but in reality rule of justice is always directed for the interests of the elites. Though Supreme Courts feel that constitution is supreme, yet the manipulators at the parliaments always dictate the terms of implementation. Understanding the nature of laws of any country & observing the activities of any court can tell the truth how white color criminals supervene on the truth-justice loving minds. Most likely the lawyers as well as all other experts in Asia-Pacific region also will behave in the same manner as the law experts hanging Mr Saddam Hussein at the will of Mr Bush. If, so then its totally erroneous to see the problems of any individual in isolation. The international community of law experts could never gain enough inner strength to challenge victors laws particularly in cases of unprovability & incorrect organization of atomic information. Mr Bush justified to ruin Iraq with a valid argument of democratization of Isalm while the lawyers advocating to hang Mr Saddam either agree with this logic or are incapable to speak their mind.
Obviously predator-prey world order victimises the most marginalised maximum & only radical solutions will be able to cure so deep rooted evils.
WHY HUMAN BEHAVIOUR IS SO PARADOXICAL :
(1) Evolution of human civilizations tells us that humans developed from small groups. Their understanding of their time problems was based on local reality from their common sense experiences. Since they were mostly dependent on hunting, so started believing in ‘master-slave’ philosophy i.e. just as they eat fish/animals etc, so are the lower level humans to work for them as slaves. Those defeated in local wars had no other options but to beg for life & work as slaves while people with some conscience were unable to challenge the victors/looters. Slowly the need to maximize the preferred goals forced the groups to expand, so they needed some rules for better living. So the concept of family, society was necessary. They needed someone to represent them but since perception of hyperdimensional reality by differing brain circuitry is always domain relative, contingent & assymptotic; representation was bound to remain biased. Since any person judges ‘good/bad’ according to his/her understanding of social reality, so different interpretaions, opinions, policies are bound to force people to live in their choice groups. The varieties of groups & societies reflect a common point that the perception of hyperdimensional reality is not only changing with the changing conditions but also with the time. So there is always a need to refine the premises on which our world is running.
(2) Though societies always create certain rules/norms for better management, yet individuals always relate in their inner as well as outer world differently. Some individuals are more spiritual oriented, outwardly & prefer to escape from this life while some others are extremely materialistic & all the time run after money like rats. Its this difference in the cognitive set of individuals that forces to create different systems. The reformers always create a system for the welfare of the masses but ‘self centered’ minds always find some loopholes in the system to trajectorize the major benefits for them, their families & their preferred network working for them. The manipulators always feel confident that the world resources are for them & slaves have to be treated like that just as all of us enjoy seafoods besides managing ecology. But those brains wired to feel the sufferings of others including animals think that planetary resources should be optimally used & our attitude towards weaker & speechless creatures should be that of welfare optimization. The world was always divided in between these two major cognitive sets. The more reformers pressurised, a new system to promote the weaker also was accepted with a logic of ‘trickle down’ such that the elites implementing it will always remain at the helm of affairs to maximise their gains than promoting the most needy/marginalised first i.e. under the pressures of humanism the elites accepted to promote a system that can hardly promote the marginalised as fast as the elites unless the marginalised apply earthshaking efforts. ‘Trickle down philosophy’ by design is wrong because it rests on the assumption that whenever the elite will purchase a car he (often not she) will keep some lower level man as his driver just as major resources in the family are used to promote the males while females are often treated as ‘passive recepients’. This mindset is still pursuing in all our activities. All forms of corruption reflect mental disorders & lack of capacity to earn hugely through righteous ways for the welfare of the most needy first. While the mind of corrupt individuals & evil doers is all the time busy in maximixing their private gains, the mind of preachers/sufferers is most of the time escapist or compromising than creating realistic solutions.
(3) Human behaviour had always been highly paradoxical. Our behaviour is an outcome of our beliefs, desires, expectations, hopes & natural propensities etc but we hardly have any unique or integrated criteria of all our value judgements. All of us have an inbuilt desire for justice, efficiency, productivity, transparency etc but all of us indulge in the same evils that we don’t want for us. This is a problem because the directionality & range of mental content in the differing brain circuitry with the changing environmental-geographical conditions is different. The differences in the quality & quantity of neurochemicals in our brains lead to differences in cognitive sets that start with varieties of different premises e.g. There are two major types of premises for the workings of our world & our own mind : (1) Some start with a premise that consciousness is the first datum that constructs objects as primordial possibility forms in potentia. Others start with a premise that matter is the first datum and everything including physical-biological-social reality can be explained within the mechanistic paradigm i.e. differences in scales of reality are due to the complexity of the systems. The whole world is oscillating in between these two major premises since the beginning of human civilizations. So far the disconnect between spirituality & political economy could never be bridged, so everyone has his/her choice preferred system to work with. Unless we create a new human centric system along something more fundamental than the premises of consciousness or matter as the first datum, our all efforts will be just like pressure groups to modify top down democracy, a softer form of ‘master-slave’ mindset. The real problem is that the old concepts have become obsolete & so far creative minds have not succeeded to explore some radical solutions to solve today’s challenges. Its totally incorrect to conclude that white color criminals are born to create chaos rather once they get some superior alternatives for promoting themselves by equally promoting the most needy then they will definitely love to nucleate revolution.
ROLE Of CREATIVE MINDS FOR SHAPING A BOTTOM UP UNIFIED CIVILIZATION :
(1) Creative minds must focus on 2 missions : (a) To create radical alternatives for manufacturing homogeneously developed future. Of course quantum problems can not be solved from a classical framework. (b) To help the white color criminals to identify their true human character to evolve by helping the most victimised to evolve first. It’s the creative minds who always resisted evils & offered radical solutions to change the dominant ‘world view’. The new solutions offered by Aryabhatt, Bhaskaracharya II, Acharya Kanad, Nagarjuna, Acharya Charak, Acharya Sushrut, Varahmihir, Acharya Patanjali, Acharya Bharadwaj, Acharya Kapil, Ramanujam, Buddha, Bruno, Descartes, Galileo, Keplar, Newton, Maxwell, Edison, Einstein, Hobbes, Lock, Roussou, Kant, Adam Smith, Hegel, Mill, Marx, Raja Ram Mohan Roy, Vivekanand, Sri Aurbindo, Gandhi, Ambedkar etc definitely changed the world & generated a new confidence that a new system can be built along creativity than remaining a victim of a system based on loot with a belief that the world resources are limited. Now so many technologies are multiplying limited resources beyond our imagination by proper use of the principles created by the giants but the benefit of their ideas are not reaching to the needy because the political economy has been designed on a half correct premise that the world resources are scarce. So is the justification of the loot culture. Of course material resources are scarce but there is no limit on intellectual resources, the more we sharpen our creativity better tools we can get to use limited resources for welfare maximization starting from the bottom. So we must create new bottom up political economy by modifying the biased premises. It’s the limitations of the premise of ‘individual freedom’ that reformers fighting against the feudal system could not promote a system to start all development from the most marginalised first though succeeded to secure the interests of the middle class in the new network of feuds & capitalists. A serious consequence of the existing concept of ‘individual freedom’ is that it promotes faith in loot by being a part of network of manipulators than generating faith in our own creative capacities to earn hugely & share with the most needy. Even today creative minds particularly socio-economic-political reformers are neither capable to change the mindsets of the white color criminals/manipulators nor are capable to energize the marginalised to stand against obvious crimes on them. They are bound to fail unless a new system promoting a new kind of individualism along the maximization of socio-economic-bilogical order with individual justice gets nucleated. Today’s social sciences allowing the capitalists/manipulators to loot all the resources while preaching for dry ideals are all wrong. All social sciences must be reduced to neurosocial-human engineering such that all may directly relate with the world as a ‘trustee’ than as an ‘owner’. The new role of all social sciences will be to identify the neurocognitive disorders leading to certain decisions/norms/practices etc & to design new rules for creative evolution of all from the bottom.
Now we must pursue research on frontier areas and must explore an integrated framework than confining to the research framework of the western or eastern world. Research on the frontier areas like mind & consciousness will provide an integrated paradigm for the homogeneous development of the world because everything starts with our perception of reality. The mental impotence leading to the disconnect between spiritual world & material world can be bridged by a more refined understanding of perception of hyperdimensional reality. Now we have better understanding of consciousness than by Hegel that inspired Marx to build his arguments for the welfare of the labor class. Now more integrated solutions than capitalism or Marxism/socialism are a must. Besides such researches special focus should be on orchestrating large scale cognitive coherence & enhancing the structural capacity so that all may contribute maximum by sharpening their creative capacities. Complimentary therapies (e.g. herbs & nutrition for neurocognitive efficiency) seem to have the potential for enhancing the structural capacity as well as orchestrating the activation of right kind of genes for a creative brain.
(2) Though on an average the creative minds gave more to the society through their original ideas while the politicians, industrialists, bureaucrats etc always looted more as is clear from the existence of tax heavens, yet some of them also indulged in different types of crimes. Newton’s laws will keep on providing principles to create newer machines to the society, Edison/Maxwell will continuously give light & other super devices, General Theory of Relativity/Quantum Mechanics etc will keep on changing our understanding of the world till the end of civilization….On the other hand mechanical laborers sending 15-25% light devices to the needy must feel shame than labelling themselves ‘honorable’ with the network of criminals/manipulators. Though its correct that creative minds are not as criminals as others are, yet why not to explore a new system to turn crime competition into creative competition. Its not correct to think that only those grabing power & money are elitist & ‘self centered’ rather we all have the tendency to be like that e.g. religionists are not ready to dilute their hegemony & promote univesral spirituality & humanism for the welfare of all. Indian intellectuals in 18th century were creating havoc in the lives of the females & the marginalised in the name of ‘VEDAS’ as the final book & Guru as ‘INFALLIBLE’ against which Raja Ram Mohan Roy type enlightened minds fought strongly. Of course its only the difference in the mental content that one type of elites are controlling others while the other type of elites are appealing to the masses to gain power & resources. So, the new system has to be built along a more fundamental understanding of perception of hyperdimensional reality making a fresh understanding of the most creative use of the world resources for upgrading the most marginalised first. ‘Trickle down’ system can neither improve the lives of the victims as fast as it promotes the interests of the elites nor can motivate the truth-justice loving minds to enjoy great honor as new kinds of elites by promoting the most marginalised on the top of the world. So, we must look for ‘out of box’ solutions besides putting all efforts including seminars/conferences.
(3) We must realize that unless we ourselves implement creative solutions, we will never see the desired changes. So far the world didn’t change drastically but to the extent original ideas & mass movements appealed to the motivated minds. Now time has come to develop capacity not only to create new ideas but to implement also to cure the absurdities due to white color criminals. An important contribution by all creative minds will be to identify the right kind of network (e.g. victims, females, students, civil society organizations etc) to implement the desired goals. For a long time civil societies had been challenging the elitist paradigm but only mild reforms took place because their efforts were/are based on reaction to the elitist system & they badly need a superior system to achieve human ideals. Now its obvious that besides criticising the elites it will be more productive to criticize the inefficiency of the weaker & provoke them to explore new path breaking solutions for their evolution along an alternative ‘people centric humanistic’ paradigm. The clash of elites since the beginning of human civilizations marginally benefitted the massworld and we are comparatively better in a democratic system than in a feudal system but now time has come to cure the ills of democracy also & put humans at the center of all activities than putting power & money at the center. The more the victims succeed to sharpen their creativity & evolve the more elites will feel ashamed for their faith in ‘master-slave’ philosophy. Some middle class elites have started treating the marginalised as humans. So, the lesson is to strengthen the victims more by promoting ‘cognitive-educational-health-infrastructure’ revolution besides fighting with the elitist paradigm. The poor are also born with enough brain capacity, its only a matter of awakening the sleeping brains to rise above all odds. Now the victims must revolt creatively by treading new paths. Once their brains get provoked they will also start apsiring high, and then the economic environment will become highly competitive & slowly just also. The goal setting must be tuned to maximize socio-economic-biological order with individual justice than liberating from this world or living a frustrated life.
TOWARDS A NEW VISION :
Social scientists always debate on individualism vs collectivism but latest researches in neurophilosophy/cognitive neuroscience/quantum self/quantum mind & social reality etc are enlightening that its more a matter of brain chemicals that controls how the brain is interacting with inner & outer reality. Just as looters/manipulators/white color criminals have the choice to remain like ‘animals’ than an ‘enlightened’ person, similarly ‘enlightened’ persons have a choice to create superior alternatives along human ideals. There seems no final criteria to conclude that all those looting resources are all wrong except an appeal to feel the plight of the victims. They are more powerful so they can keep others as slaves while less powerful are indulging in crime on the least powerful like fish & sea foods by eating them. How we can challenge the absurdities due to right to private property along ‘individual freedom’ when we are not ready for the ethical treatment of animals & environment. ‘Power game’ is the only business in all spheres of life. This is the way the world works. If I am loving to change the world or if I am a ‘truth-justice loving person’ then its because of my brain characteristics. I want justice because my circumstances shaped me likewise, why those enjoying in 5 star hotels should care for justice, why elites in Asia-Pacific region or at any corner of the world should listen any solution/suggestion to end crime, corruption, terrorism, theft of intellectual property and all other evils. Why creative minds enjoying some power & responsibility under the criminal minister should promote some superior alternatives provided by their colleagues & students confined in their labs unless they share the credit.
My answer is that such answers can never be conclusive to explain who am I, rather maximization of socio-economic-biological order with individual justice is a far-far superior criteria for all value judgements. Perception of hyperdimensional reality will always be domain relative, contingent & asymptotic depending on the manner of instantiation by complex systems. So there can never be a final answer to the question who am I rather I will emerge the way my system instantiats the hyperdimensional reality. Since human brain is more complex & evolved system than that of animals, instantiation of hyperdimensional reality by more evolved systems produces a sense of justice also than in less complex brains of animals & less evolved humans. Cognitive neuroscience of human ideals may reveal that all individuals don’t behave rationally rather their behaviour depends on the directionality & range of mental content in their brains. So old systems based on ‘individual freedom’ must be further refined. ‘This is the way the world works’ is not correct rather so far creativity driven world order has not been created to see the way the world should work. Power game is the only business in all spheres of life because creative minds so far succumbed to the powerful than themselves earning power for the welfare of all starting from the bottom. ‘Wicked minds’ in all spheres have succeeded to keep the creative minds at their toes or at best isolated…….A more pragmatic answer is that maximization of socio-economic-biological order with individial justice is a better criteria for all value judgements that will be continuously updated by evolving minds. Our role should be that of enhancing our neurocognitive efficiency & optimizing the welfare. Whatever be the truth about evolution of human civilizations, it appeals that once we accept the premise that the earth belongs to all the ‘world citizens’, all religions are man made & the boundaries have been created by the victors, then we will succeed to maximize welfare among larger community & will face less resistance except by few elites. So far human brain has been trajectorized to loot beyond their needs while the animals eat as much is needed for their survival, yet the same complex human brain can be trajectorized to be highly creative, productive & socially sensitive once we succeed to create superior alternatives. So, the lesson is to restructure the whole system for the most creative use of all types of local/national/international resources for the welfare of the most marginalised ‘world citizens’ first along the following premises :
Premise 1 : World resources must belong to all the world citizens. If there is life in other planets then our attitude to aliens should be that of participation for a better universe than that of looting their resources for our use. Our attitude towards animals must be that of optmizing welfare than consuming them for our entertainment. The appearing discontinuity among humans, animals & inanimate matter is only in terms of instantiation of the same hyperdimensional reality by different systems. So, the new system must be such that the elites as well as the marginalised both work for the upgradation of new ‘form of society’ by conserving nature for the welfare optimization than subjugating nature for few.
Premise 2 : Individualism is a far superior criteria of value judgemets than society, religion, state etc that treat the public as ‘passive recipients’. Though socio-economic-political reformers had succeeded to do some welfare to the citizens through a new system by giving priority either to civil society or to a welfare state but now more fundamental integrated solution is needed to cure the evils & empower ‘we people’ particularly females & marginalised. Today the whole world is divided in religious groups, so any individual relates in the society through his/her religious identity that is the big source of all evils. But in the new system any individual will relate with the whole world through a new identity of ‘efficient & socially sensitive human’ than as ‘Hindu’ or ‘Christian’ or ‘Muslim’ or ‘Jew’ etc. The sooner we get rid of locally developed identities to create global identities, the better. The form and dynamics of any society depends on the structural capacity of its atoms i.e. individuals whose brains generate different mental content depending on the nature of gene-environment interaction. The best way to orchestrate large sacle cognitive coherence & to fasten homogeneous development is to ensure direct communication of individuals among all as well as among all institutions designed to work for ‘we people’.
Premise 3 : Since the directionality & range of mental content in differing brain circuitry with the changing geographical-environmental conditions is different, the new border irrelevant world must be designed in such a way that any individual may seek all the opportunities to grow for his/her best as a ‘trustee’ depending on how much he/she is giving back to the world. The more any individual serves or earns as a ‘trustee’ the more he/she will earn the trust of the world society to rise higher. Existing world order can not ensure equal opportunity for growth & contribution by an individual because of capital driven market economy, elite centric top down representative system, ideological absurdities, nationalism etc. Of course a scientist can never hope to win an election or earn like capitalists by using her/his technical expertise because existing system is promoting an identity of individualism for maximization of personal gains & forces all to grab power & resources that is the source of all crime & corruption. Since people with conscience could not create superior alternatives, common masses succumbed to the dirty wishes of the looters. But in the new system anybody performing for the cause of world will earn credit for earning huge resources, security money, honor, satisfaction etc accordingly e.g. intellectuals may explain to the common masses how their original research ideas/efforts/counselling etc is valuable for them, business class earning billions & trillions may feel happy as a ‘trustee’ by maximizing the welfare of the ‘world citizens’ particularly mechanical laborers, judges may convince the common masses how their energies are ensuring rule of justice than working for the victor’s laws, politicians may explain how they are valuable for the welfare of the most marginalised first etc such that those performing higher for the society through their chosen expertise may feel superior than by hijacking the positions. The whole system is for the people, so superiority of an individual should not be by his/her power in a particular institution but by his/her contribution to change the world. Assuming state or religion or society to be the center of all activities & allowing it to play the role of patron is the big source of all sufferings because people are at the receiving end. But in the new system the role of all institutions working parallely along the advice of the Vision Tank will be to facilitate the evolution of individuals as a ‘trustee’ while the ‘world citizens’ will regularly provide their feedback. This way there will always be a creative competition among individuals as well as among all institutions to perform more & more as a ‘trustee’ than to loot more & more with manipulating individuals.
My research in ‘Quantum Neuroinformatics Of Mind & Consciousness’ during my PhD seems to provide new ideas for the new world. My PhD hypothesis is : ““Consciousness is a topologically unified information theoretic spatial structure of the brain that keeps on emerging with the changing neural conditions where quantum computing in brain microtubules may bilaterally interact with this unified spatial structure that in turn may collapse the superposed tubulins to either state and thus may control the neurotransmitter dynamics.” This research implies that considering matter as the first datum or consciousness as the first datum are just two sides of the same coin. Moreover its providing me original ideas that reservation to 33% BPL females only with mega affirmative action; capacity building (all should be allowed to work only for one half & the other half for advanced studies or business or some other higher creative goal); consciousness & emerging medical paradigm; cognitive-educational-health-infrastructure revolution; ‘Karm ke Brahmans’ as ‘Guru of ALL’ at the VISION TANK in all countries for guiding the nodal/district level representatives through highest quality local as well as national/international experts along the modified Indian tradition of valuing ‘Guru’; neurosocial & human engineering; capitalism with distributive justice ( i.e. one third share of all types of profits in any business should be given to mechanical laborers & one third to researchers/managers/intellectual laborers. 50% resources should be consumed for minimizing cost through innovation and 50% resources for the capacity building of the most crippled preferably in the victimized areas of the world to promote local public & company’s employee as business partners); business TRUSTEE producing large no of crippled persons as ‘business daughters’; JUSTICE driven flow of all types of local/national/international resources to upgrade the crippled first; knowledge centered industrial revolution; research driven materialism; pro-poor new constitution; human laws; new identity of ‘world citizens’ as ‘HEDJE’(HUMANS for efficiency, development, justice & equality) than as ‘Hindu/Muslim/Christian’ etc; new concept of sex as ‘medicine’ to fire creativity & justice and minimise socio-economic-family-ideological crimes; art, brain & reality; scientific religion; new institutional structure; creativity driven new economics in the new political system of ‘public controlling, individual oriented, mind dominated, bottom up, no party, centrist world governance; ‘self dependent’ NGOs for drastic improvement in the lives of the ‘world citizens’ by a novel design of the course curriculum for the business creation of even the most illiterate persons; etc all must be taken together than in pieces for fast INCLUSIVE growth to achieve the goals of homogeneously developed & border irrelevant ‘world family’ by 2025.”
HOW MY RESEARCH WILL CREATE A HOMOGENEOUSLY DEVELOPED & BORDER IRRELEVANT WORLD FAMILY :
(1) My research is focussing on a new kind of individualism such that elites as well as the marginalised both may grow their fastest by sharpening their creative capacities for the welfare of the most needy first. It rests on the idea that money is confined in few hands while even the most victimised are born with enough brain power, so there is a big opportunity to awaken the sleeping brains to explore new ideas & generate huge resources by the proper implementation of the ideas with the network of the marginalised. Once any individual develops hopes that in the new system he/she can become anything just by sharpening his/her creativity then he/she will definitely not like to indulge in all shorts of nasty activities with the politicians, bureaucrats, industrialists etc rather will become a ‘change agent’ even when he/she is much junior in the work. Moribund experts will feel new enthusiasm to awaken the victims to develop a sense of history that individuals like Socrates, Galileo, Newton, Einstein, Russou, Hobbes, Hegel, Kant, Wittgeinstein, Gandhi, Ambedkar etc had made much impact at a time when the voice of the individual was too feable. Individual had no choice but to bow to the wishes of kings, feuds, lords, priests etc but now individuals are more free to discuss & debate. A new hope that if ‘wicked’ minds can form their network then why the ‘gentle’ minds should not form their own network to create superior alternatives will continuously energize the individuals & will heal even the victims. Once the victims realize that they have enough brain capacity to tread new paths, new solutions will start coming to their minds to mould the rest of the world along higher creative goals. Public will also be able to support the victims as soon as the truth about him/her comes out. A very big advantage of this system will be that every ‘Tom, Dick & Harry’ will start thinking global than all the time busy in destructive or less productive narrow thinking to get ahead in local affairs. Today most creative minds are highly frustrated because there is no world level system to let them convince the ‘world citizens’ how their expertise can be valuable for them e.g. a mathematician, howsoever original ideas she might have created, can not convince to the ‘world citizens’ how her contribution can change their lives except to a small group of experts who on their own may feel great but can be humiliated outside their campus. But in the new system along new type of ‘individualism’ all will generate faith in creativity. Even a mathematician can hope to become representative by teaching her subject to large network in her chosen area. This way researchers will not only pursue advanced research for their business with the students but also will teach BPL students free as a part of their social work during weekends that can be cashed in future to become a representative also.
(2) Today’s elite centric 15-25% efficient top down political economy can never respect the creative minds because it rests on money for all the activities. It treats the intellectuals, however original they be, worth small salary (say Rs 30000/month in India) & the mechanical laborers worth Rs 100-200/day while the capitalists have the constitutional rights to enjoy in a house of Rs 8000 crors or 8 lakh crores. Of course Asia-Pacific is also pursuing the concept of ‘ownership’ than the modified concept of ‘trusteeship’. But in my system creative minds will be at the helm of affairs, they will earn one third share of the profits for their ideas besides seeking high positions at all places. My system will provide free fooding/lodging/business education/market/finance/ risk management etc to anyone interested to share one third profit with the teachers/researchers who taught him/her, one third to mechanical workers who work for his/her company & rest one third for technology upgradation/research/risk management/business expansion etc. This way even the most marginalised will grow their best possible & will continuously generate huge resources. This way the victimised countries will also grow their fastest. My research is capable to change the world without disturbing others because it will promote the marginalised by promoting the elites simultaneously. The idea of ‘capitalism with distributive justice’ will change the world forever because once the mechanical laborers also get an opportunity to use their one third share of profit to enhance their skills & develop their own business as ‘business daughter’ of the parent company then the more elites earn the more the marginalised will benefit. This is a great remedy to cure a world that has so far looted all types of resources & still busy in the rat race of loot through top down representative system, capital driven market economy, nationalism etc.
(3) Life of the females in Asia-Pacific or at any corner of the world is not going to change much unless the whole world changes the male centric design of all the systems by the ‘WICKED’ minds. So any talk of feminism is just to the extent it promotes the interests of the men. Why only females should go to hell to adjust/suffer with the husband’s family after marriage particularly when males are not ready even to treat families of their spouse with dignity. Kya aurat itnee giri hui vastu hai jise jis khoonte se baandh diya jai usi me bandhi rahe?????? Kya aurat ne khud me kabhi vidroh kiya hai??????………Why new political economy should not be nucleated so that new couple may live independently as a ‘trustee’ on their own terms with or without husband taking care of both sides family & kids in the new type of 50 storey building for their own fastest growth. Since those enjoying power by suppressing others will hardly change their mindset, the better solution is to understand how the existing world order is impacting on individuals & how individuals by sharpening their creative capacities can cure the ‘predator-prey’ system & manage revolution. Existing ideologically suppressed family system is failing to cope up with the chaos due to ‘predator-prey’ world order, its very urgent to create new family structure to orchestrate creative competition among family members for their evolution while maintaining their independent identity. My system is promoting a new concept of family such that those believing more in family values as well as those believing in ‘free life’ will live as per their preferred concepts. Opportunities to earn one third share of profits even as mechanical laborers will save them from selling themselves or their body organs or their infants. Females will not confine to family activities all the time rather they will focus on developing entrepreneureship while everbody will get food & all that is needed from those providing such facilities at a large scale within the campus. This way people will be able to get their choice food that will also cure them by providing the kind of food they will need to gain their health or/and cure diseases. Kids will be the responsibility of both the parents who will have a watch on how the modified ‘gurukul’ & higher level teachers are grooming them. Parents will also live at nearby rooms who will offer as well as seek support while ensuring the independence of the couple. The Metro surrounding the arms of the sectors & transporting them to their companies at villages will not only save energy & environment but will make the life of females efficient & time saving.
(4) An effective solution to ensure transparency & accountability in political, administrative, judicial, academic & all other organizations is to promote a bottom up representative system. Corruption is inbuilt in the top down representative system because even if some ‘MAHATMA (PIOUS SOUL)’ gets elected then also he will not be able to work for the most marginalised because he has to prefer the interests of those who supported him to win elections through money, network, ideas etc. As soon as he chooses to work for some group the other group will challenge, so manipulation is inbuilt in it. But in my system any person can first sharpen his/her creativity, earn hugely with the parent company & may become minister on her/his own without any party affiliation. Those whom (s)he taught/counselled/served & even shared the profits will obviously campaign for her/him free through internet as well as through personal contact. Once there is no need to invest hugely to win elections, why any representative will not work for the most marginalised first. Besides giving all freedom to individuals to get elected directly by showing their results, capitalism with distributive justice along the modified concept of ‘trusteeship’ is a great solution to cure the world madly running on the concept of ‘ownership’ & pursuing all crimes to continuously promote the interests of the elites through a system built on loot through wars, absurd ideologies, colonialism, impotent spiritualism etc without any violence. Preaching moral lessons to bureaucrats & all others to send more than 15-25% of the PUBLIC resources to the target will never make much sense when members of parliament themselves are for sale but in the new ‘no party’ direct election system any officer/employee will not only earn the trust of the society to seek higher positions or become any level representative by upgrading the marginalised/mechanical laborers through one third share of profit to them but also will make the whole system extremely efficient & competitive such that any junior officer sharpening his/her/family’s creativity or/and collaborating with creative minds can serve the society beyond the expectations of the seniors/representatives. Then representatives at all levels will be able to promote those employees showing bigger visible results in a transparent manner & will exercise their powers by themselves showing bigger results than by hijacking positions through dirty nexus. Same way to elect the head of any instituion/organization……..Another solution by Mukesh Sharma to fuse transparency in the whole system is to promote all monetary transactions through cheque/credit card/DD/TT etc with minimum cash, abolishing bearer cheque policy, allowing cash withdrawl upto Rs 5000/month/individual (in India), homogenizing the rate of interest in the whole world & availing the loan through banks only etc will promote transparency because then anyone will not be able to use black money.
(5) Since my research tells me that difference in the mental content will always prefer some at the cost of others, the monitoring/pressurizing the representatives will not be as effective as strengthening the public themselves to safguard misuse of their resources. Representatives will be more accountable & transparent when the local public has direct control on them. This demands that every district should have few representatives to decide for the fastest homogeneous development of the new city centric district who will have their own local parliament to discuss the issues with the representatives of the sectors in the villageless new geography along the advices of the central & world governments. All the representaives at any level will have primarily 3 functions : (1) To advise the public through their chosen expertise e.g. political transformation, judiciary, human resource management etc. (2) To design new more efficient rules for the most creative use of resources & opportunities to upgrade the most marginalised first. (3) To collect taxes from the public in the concerned area as per the need of that area & use it for upgrading those failing to be a part of any company. The same structure & function will span from bottom to top i.e. city to nodal center to country to region to world government. Representatives will be guided by the visionaries at the Vision Tank at all levels. MPs will be elected to take care of the nodal center under the radius of 100 Km who will discuss the fastest homogeneous development of their area in the central parliament consisting of only few cabinet ministers, prime minister, visionary (head of vison tank), president etc directly elected by the public through password protected SMS/internet. The regions will be divided such that the existing issues like Kashmir/Tibet/Palestine end for ever in the new border irrelevant world family along the dreams of ‘Vasudhiav Kutumbkam’. Then there will be no arms/nuclear competition because the boundaries will become irrelevant rather the creative capacities to earn hugely will become a major criteria of value judgements. People within the soft boundary will have 2/3rd weightage while those outside the boundary will have 1/3 weightage to elect any representative at district, nodal, country, region, world level. No need to attack this/that country or control the sea to usurp the resources. Let Britons come to make India their colony such that their technical expertise, culture & civilization may benefit the local people & they may also earn one third share to benefit the Britons or to anyone else. Extreme privatization with the new rule of ‘trusteeship’ than ‘ownership’ along ‘capitalism with distributive justice’ under the umbrella of ‘world government’ will not only enhance the productivity of even the most marginalised ‘world citizens’ but will also distribute resources to let the most marginalised become productive with them as ‘business daughters’. The ultimate solution to end the absurdities due to loot since the beginning of human civilizations. Any person from any corner of the world can come to any city by showing his/her credentials to the district representatives, can use one third share of the profit earned from local company or MNC at any other area of his/her choice & can become representative at any level by explaining his/her vision & efforts to the concerned people i.e. if any American is more efficient & has some vision to change the lot of people at Raebareli in India then (s)he can become district representative & so nodal or country or region or world level representative also. Similarly any tribal female from India can become the President of America. This way everybody will enjoy the benefits of local/national/international resources.
Village area will be used for productivity driven planned large scale industrialization such that all workers will come from the city to their companies by Metro for earning in one half while pursuing business education or some other higher creative goal in the other half. So anyone forced to work mechanically to earn his/her bread will find big opportunities in another half of his/her choice to sharpen his/her creative capacities i.e. (s)he can hope to become ‘crorepati’ than suffering under ‘chronic poverty’ throughout life for the fault of being born in a poor or/and backward family. This is the ultimate solution for the capacity building of those billions living below Rs 10-20 per day.
(6) All officers/employees will be selected by the respective representatives from a list of those showing better visible results in the past as well as explaining their vision to transform the society. The more the representatives/officers/employees earn the more they will benefit the marginalised. This will force them to become accountable & transparent otherwise those showing better results as an independent reformer or as a member of private organization will replace them by seeking better grades by the public. There is no need for civil societies, NGOs etc rather any individual or group can ask the representatives to fund their projects for any activity once the public in the concerned area chooses some project through SMS/internet votes i.e. any individual may create project for ensuring law & order or managing any governmental as well as non-governmental activity so that the chosen representatives not working efficiently will automatically get replaced by those showing better results along the vision of national/world government. In the existing system ‘we people’ are dependent on our representatives but in the new system any individual having better ideas & capability to transform the society can play the same role parallely or can run a private company to manage all that government is failing to achieve e.g if the government is failing to promote the most marginalised then any individual or group can produce a project to the public for their votes/grades & then to the representative to seek funds. Let ‘we people’ ourselves develop capacity to manage our affairs than consuming all our time & energies in curing our representatives who will always behave according to their ‘mental content’ howsoever hard we pressurize. This is the best solution to end the absurdities based on caste-religion-gender-color-race-nationality-inefficient political economy etc as a consequence of locally developed civilizations. The role of vision Tanks, Supreme Court etc will be only to orchestrate creative competition among all & to mould the national/international rules for strengthening the marginalised first. The sectors in the city will have family court within the campus & district court with high court in the nodal center as the final authority to solve disputes.
(7) Though all religions had been created to enhance order in their local societies, yet now in a fast globalising world more fundamental premises are a must to understand how universal truths, whether they exist out there or not, get instantiated in a particular way by differing brain circuitry. This will guide us to understand why different religions started with different premises about the same world & why differed in the design of working principles. Our identity as ‘Hindu’ or ‘Muslim’ or ‘Christian’ or ‘Jew’ etc will always fuel crime competition because the more one religious community becomes powerful the more it will succeed to loot the world resources. Almost all religions preach for ideals & advise people to refrain from evils including terrorism but so far no religionist could develop capacity to provide an integrated freamework so that the marginalised may also find all opportunities to grow their fastest along their ideals in the new kind of bottom up political economy. So far all the religions have justified so inhuman crimes on the females & the marginalised but the new identity of ‘HEDJE’ (HUMANS for efficiency, development, justice & equality) will always fuel creative competition because then any individual will be judged according to his/her contribution to the rest of the world. Since my new system is based on neurosocial-human engineering, all will not only enjoy great respect as ‘efficient & socially sensitive’ humans but also will relate to the society as per their capabilities such that those benefitting the world more through their research, socio-economic-political work, spiritual healing etc will earn superiority than the superiority by hijacking & manipulating some positions. To achieve such goals I have a new design of city centric districts spanning in the whole world.
PRACTICAL STRATEGIES TO MANAGE THE RATE OF CHANGE :
(1) So far intellectuals only occassionally succeeded to nucleate a new paradigm but to the extent it appealed to the motivated minds. There is no integrated paradigm such that any person may directly contribute to the world & benefit accordingly. Without implementing our ideas along the preferred human ideals, manipulators will continue enjoying the fruits of others labor including ours while themselves portraying as ‘honorable’ but keeping us at the receiving end. To achieve my goals of HOMOGENEOUSLY DEVELOPED & BORDER IRRELEVANT WORLD FAMILY BY 2025, I am going to launch CREATIVE BRAIN ACADEMY, E-MAGAZINE, NGO ‘WORLD ASSOCIATION OF HUMANS’ & probably a political party named ‘NEURON PARTY’ that will promote the creative minds from any sphere of life to be at the helm of affairs. The purpose of Neuron Party is just to accelerate the implementation of our ideas, change the system & then end it at the earliest. The new creativity driven system along the modified concept of ‘trusteeship’ is a boon for all because it will generate huge resources with creative minds but all the resources except security money for private use will be for the welfare of the most victimised first. The most marginalised females from any corner of the world, as elected by the SMS/internet votes of the ‘world citizens’, will manage all my affairs for a fixed period while the most creative minds will advise all to create a new world with me as ‘trustee’. Let creative minds in the whole world prove their divine character by strengthening those at the receiving end. Since the marginalised/victimised in the whole world have almost no resources with them, they will loose nothing by being a part of such a mission & by creating an internet network to earn hugely by sharpening their creativity with the experts. Latest technologies to connect internet on TV as well as TV on internet will spread the ideas by creative minds to any remote corner of the world.
(2) My policy to generate huge resources is such that those teaching, exploring business idea, bringing advertisements etc may earn 33% cash immediately, 33% will be used to educate or promote the business of their students with them through my system & rest 34% will be used to upgrade their-our choice marginalised females. This way not only gender justice will prevail in the whole world but those females benefitting from someone will vote for her/him. My primary goal is to implement a system based on creativity that may help my network to earn hugely through research driven business & to become representatives at district, nodal, country, region, world level by sharing their ideas only with the concerned ‘world citizens’. Once people start benefiting hugely through my system then they themselves will become change agent even after me. Today not only those at the receiving end have lost their hopes from the system but intellectuals also have to beg for funding some creative projects. But when they themselves will earn hugely through my new system they will find enough inner strength to nucleate revolution besides earning the great honor at the VISION TANKS to guide all for higher creative goals than killing their conscience under the manipulators/white color criminals.
IN A NUTSHELL :
Any solution presented/discussed during this international conference is not going to improve the lives of the marginalised citizens in Asia-Pacific region or any corner of the world unless it challenges the very ‘predatory’ system. A paracetamol can not cure the cancer. So far manipulators did everything to promote their interets while the creative minds at best scolded them or preferred to live in isolation or became a junior partner of the crime driven world order than exploring a superior alternative based on cretivity. Even in the history when some radical solutions were created, the mechanism of implementation was elite centric, so now we have not only to create new earthshaking ideas but also have to create the right kind of network to implement those ideas as desired. Gandhi played key role in the freedom struggle but Gandhian ideas are still dumped. So, we must develop our capacity by seeking lessons in the past.
