Sub: Permission to commit suicide alongwith the families being harassed by anti-social activities of some sick minded persons.
In an appeal to the President of India a delhi-based social worker seeks permission to commit suicide along with his family. This social worker resides in Guru Nanak Pura, Laxmi Nagar and runs a NGO as Foundation for Common Man.
Because of the greed of money of some anti-social persons who for the sake of money have harassed his life by making fake and fraudulent complaints against him, due to which he has to take this decision to kill him and his family. Although he is denying these allegations leveled on him of grasping millions of money since last more than two years. But he has also demanded for a fair and just investigation of all these allegations and then punish those people who has made his life hell to the higher authorities of delhi government and India government. On raising the issue against them, they threaten to kill him, he also made a complaint about this to the police officials. The police officials did not pay any attention to his complaints rather they favoured those sick-minded people and filed a case against that innocent social worker of grasping about 13 arabs Rupees(26 crores 50 lacks $). Because of this those sick-minded people got more opportunity to harass that innocent social worker.
These people are so fearless that whenever they want they catch him and beat him and demand crores of rupees from him. These people are spreading rumors against him and his family that he is a crook and cheat on people and even the media is also supporting them. Due to these baseless and disgusting acts of them, his children are treated badly and boycotted by the society in which they deal in their day-to-day life. He has also made his request to several authorities of the India government but they are not paying any attention to what he says but they are more worried about the family disputes of the Ambani’s (Mr. Mukesh Ambani vs. Mr. Anil Ambani). How would they feel the pain of a poor and harassed family?
If some sick-minded people complaint like this, then this should be properly investigated and strict actions must be taken against the accused. It is also to be mentioned here this social worker whose name is Parhlad Kumar Aggarwal is so harassed by all these that even at his home he is living in fear and the situation is so worst that every time he is afraid of those people.

This is hereby submitted that because of the greed of money of some anti-social persons who for the sake of money have harassed others by making fake and fraudulent complaint against me and when I raised the issue against them, they threaten to kill me and when I still continued my protest against them they even attacked me, the medical for which I have already submitted in my earlier complaints to the police and other India government authorities.
These people are spreading rumors against me and my family that I am a crook and cheat on people and even the media is also supporting them. Due to this baseless and disgusting act of them, my children are treated badly and boycotted by the society in which they deal in their day-to-day life. Their intentions are to grab money illegally from me by putting me in such situation and they have even allegated me of grasping 26 crores 50 lacks $ near about 13 arab rupees. Due to this a case of fraud is directed to register in the Krishna Nagar Police station, Delhi by the Metropolitan Magistrate Sh. Vivek Kumar Gulia, Karkardooma Court , Delhi .
These people are so fearless that whenever they want they catch me and beat me and I am living by hiding from them in order to save my life and there is no one to stop them. I have also made my request to several authorities of the India government. But they are not paying any attention to what I say but they are more worried about the family disputes of the Ambani’s (Mr. Mukesh Ambani vs. Mr. Anil Ambani). How would they feel the pain of me and my poor and harassed family?
This is my request to you that please help me to come out of these fake allegations and charges and provide protection to me and my family and punish these anti-social peoples and question the media for their baseless reports against me.
If nothing can be done this time also then permit me to commit suicide alongwith my family because It has been a long time now, two and half years have passed and I do not know when these people will kill me. These allegations have derogated my sincere and unconditional work in which I have helped so many helpless people. But this has made me helpless and I do not want to be killed by the dirty hands of these unethical people and also do want to let my family to live a life of boycotted persons. So, I request you to permit me to commit suicide alongwith my family and also those who will be responsible for this killing of me and my family are:

हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर सात साल बाद हत्या का मामला दर्ज
मंडी गोबिंदगढ़-शास्त्री नगर निवासी नवीन गुप्ता हत्याकांड के मामले में सात साल बाद पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर मंडी गोबिंदगढ़ पुलिस ने तीन आरोपियों के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया है। पुलिस ने आरोपी अमन कुमार, अमित कुमार तथा आशु के खिलाफ धारा 302 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। गौरतलब है कि नवीन गुप्ता 3 मई 2002 को संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में गायब हो गया था। करीब तीन दिन बाद उसका शव हरियाणा के फतेहाबाद से मिला था। इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए हाईकोर्ट के वकील निर्भय गर्ग ने बताया कि पुलिस से इंसाफ न मिलने के कारण वर्ष 2002 में हाईकोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर कर इंसाफ की गुहार लगाई गई। जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने इस मामले की जांच का जिम्मा डीएसपी अमलोह को सौंप कर रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया। परंतु डीएसपी द्वारा 17 जुलाई 2002 को सौंपी रिपोर्ट से कोर्ट संतुष्ट नहीं हुई। इससे एसपी क्राइम ब्रांच चंडीगढ़ को दोबारा जांच सौंपी गई। क्राइम ब्रांच ने इस मामले की पुन: पड़ताल करने के बाद अपनी रिपोर्ट हाईकोर्ट में 21 जून 2006 को सौंप दी। इसके आधार पर सुनवाई करते हुए न्यायमूर्ति श्री अजय लांबा ने 18 नवंबर 2008 को मंडी गोबिंदगढ़ पुलिस को आदेश जारी कर उक्त तीन लोगों के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज करने को कहा। इसके बाद मंडी गोबिंदगढ़ पुलिस ने तीनों के खिलाफ 4 फरवरी 2009 को मुकदमा नंबर 18 दर्ज किया है। उधर जब इस संबंध में थाना प्रभावी महेश सैनी से बात की गई तो उन्होंने बताया कि हाईकोर्ट के आदेशानुसार मामला दर्ज कर कथित आरोपियों के खिलाफ जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। हत्या के पुख्ता सबूत मिलने के बाद ही गिरफ्तारी की जा सकती है।

श्री नारायण सेवा परिवार व् फौडेशन फॉर कॉम्मन मेन संगठन का संयुक्त आयोजन

आगामी ८ तारीख को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के सौ वर्ष पूरे हो रहे है। इन वर्षो में महिलाओ की सामाजिक , आर्थिक और राजनैतिक स्थिति में व्यापक परिवर्तन आया है। काम के घंटो को १६ से १२ करने की मांग को लेकर शुरू हुआ यह आन्दोलन तमाम पडावो को पार कर आज उस जगह पर पहुँच गया है कि सँवैधानिक स्तर पर अनेक क्रान्तिकारी परिवर्तन दिखायी देते हैं , परन्तु सामाजिक स्तर पर भेदभाव अब भी ज़ारी हैं। साथ ही महिला मुक्ति का प्रश्न आज भी बेहद उलझा हुआ है। विशुद्ध रूप से इसे आर्थिक मुक्ति से लेकर देह को इसका उत्स मानने वाले अनेक लोग अपने अपने तर्कों के साथ परिदृश्य पर मौज़ूद हैं। साथ ही एनजीओ के सतत विस्तार ने भी इसे अपने तरीक़े से प्रभावित किया है।
इन सबके बीच आज कहाँ है दुनिया मे औरत? बाज़ार के सर्वग्रासी विस्तार के बीच उसकी मुक्ति का सवाल अब किस रूप मे उपस्थित है? और इसकी राह किधर है?
इन्ही सब सवालों के इर्दगिर्द श्री नारायण सेवा परिवार ने व् फौडेशन फॉर कॉम्मन मेन संगठन के साथ मिलकर आगामी ७ मार्च को एक खुली बहस का आयोजन किया है। शाम चार बजे से police headquarter स्थित lala ramcharn aggarwal choke मे आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम मे दिल्ली के जाने माने समाज सेवक श्री प्रह्लाद कुमार अग्गार्वल श्री रेयाजुदीन श्री शातरी जी श्री मति ओम वती जी शराफत खान प्रमुख भागीदारी होगी और अध्यक्षता नाजमा खान करेंगी ।

This is to inform you that several allegations which have been made by Mrs. Seema Saini ( in the court of sh vevek kumar guliya kkd) are totally fake and baseless. Several issues regarding this were also raised earlier which were also baseless and they were proved fake and I can also prove this with appropriate evidences that I am innocent in this and it is all because that I wanted to help those needy people without any personal interest.
Please help me to come out of this because only you guys can show the hidden truth. I am not an accused rather I am victim of circumstances.

"मैंने दिल्ली से प्रकाशित् दनिक हिंदुस्तान अमर उजाला नई दुनिया दनिक जागरण मे मेरे उपर लगाये गये २६५००० डॉलर की ठगी के आरोपों के बारे मे पूरा मूल-पाठ पढ़ा। मुझे विश्वास नहीं होता कि एक आध्यात्मिक व्यक्ति के साथ इस तरह का असभ्य और बर्बर व्यवहार किया गया है और वह भी, एक ऐसे देश जिसे अपने लोकतंत्र और कानून-सम्मत शासन पर गर्व है, वह भी एक समाज सेवी के साथ। अब तक मैंने सीमा सैनी और उनके सहयोगियों के विरूध्द अपने द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों पर आपको जानकारी नही दी है पर मै आप जसे रास्ट्रीय अखबारों से पूछना कहता हु की कोई भी न्यूज़ देने से पहले उस के दोनों पहलू नहीं दिए है। लेकिन सीमा सैनी द्वारा यह बताया गया है कि उन्हें किस तरह से धोखा और मानसिक तौर पर यातनाएं दी गई और उन्हें पढ़ने के बाद मुझे अपना दु:ख और गुस्सा व्यक्त करना पड़ा है। मुझे यकीन है कि इससे सभी भारतीयों में भी गुस्सा होगा। इस बात पर विश्वास नहीं होता कि सीमा सैनी को दी जाने वाली रासी मुआवजे के रूप मे इतने और बडे बडे ठगों नेता के रहते मुझ जसे मामूली समाज सेवी के पास आयेगी अवैध रूप से २६५००० डॉलर की ठगी की बात मीडिया मे आ रही है जबकि थाना शकर पुर मे दिए जाने वाला फर्जी पत्र या असली था बो २६५००००००.०० का था और बो सीमा सैनी ले गये थी उसके इलावा बो कयी और पत्र आदि बाद मे भी ले गयी जबकि मुझे ऐसे अनैतिक ढंग से प्रताड़ित किया गया कि मुझे अस्पताल में इलाज करना पड़ा। यह और भी स्पष्ट हो गया है कि कुछ समाचार पत्र मेरे खिलाफ राजनीतिक तौर पर प्रेरित होकर अनुचित ढंग से काम कर रहे है। एक गरीब समाज सेवी के विरूध्द सभी तरह के आरोप लगाने और यह प्रकाशित होने बाद कि इस से इस गरीब और अपने बच्चो को खाना भी भर पेट न दे पाने वाले प्रह्लाद के बच्चो का अब क्या हाल होगा प्रह्लाद अग्रवाल{ यानि मेरे }के विरूध्द लगाए गए दिल दहलाने वाले आरोपों और इस तथ्य को देखते हुए कि वर्तमान मे देये गये समाचार की सचाई जांच करने वाली टीम भेजी जाए और मैं मांग करता हूं कि मेरे बच्चो और मेरे पुरे परिवार का खर्चा जब तक मेरे ऊपर जाच चलती है और मै जेल मे रहता हु इन ठग नेताओ से बस्हुल कर मेरे परिवार को दिया जाए । सीमा सैनी द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों और उस तरीके जिसमें गरीब समाज सेवी के विरूध्द निराधार आरोप लगाए गए हैं, की C.B.I जांच कराने के आदेश दिए जाएं। मैं अपराधी नही पीड़ित हु मुझे समय समय पर सीमा सैनी और उसके सहयोगियों दारा मारा पीटा गया और जो फर्जी या असली पत्र मेरे नाम से आ रहे थे उन पर अपना हक़ जबर दस्ती जता कर मुझ से लुटा गया । जब मैंने पुलिस मे सिकायत की तो मेरी कोई सुनवाई नही हुई उल्टा मुझ पर ही 420/506/34 के तहत अफ आई आर के आदेश क्र दिए गये और सचे और देश भगत नागरिक नेता समाज सेवी रिपोर्टर मेरी मदद करे ।
